[MTC Global] Shift in Focus - MTC G

Dear MTC G Colleagues & Members                                                                                          24th November, 2014

I request for a change - a shift in emphasis of our discussions & exchange of views on this august platform, to address the fields wherein excellent Management practices are most needed , today , as follows;

1. Health management - infants to old age.
2. Effective Management of newly formed & smaller states in India - Chattisgarh, Telangana, AP, others.
3. Health care management
4. Agri business & better Farming practices
5..Strategic Management of SME enterprises.
6. Managing " Education - primary & secondary"

There are several challenges in each of these - inherent, endemic, systemic, mindset, myopic, obvious. unseen. Innovative Management is required there.

Last few years, we had a surfeit of views & plethora of opinions on Corporates & MNC organizations? It is getting into a jam & a bit of monotony. What is the result - cannot be quantified , either ?
Industry will manage on its own. If some one performs, he is there or else, shown the door. There is nothing much for us to contribute to industry & big businesses.

MTC Global is an intellectual forum & should come up with something concrete by which our nation benefits - from Management perspective & furtherance of Management.
We need to worry less about Industry & emphasize more on the above stated sectors.

Let us start with one of the above & the thread can be on that only , not to lose focus. say, Agri business & better Farming practices - to start with. Senior members can opine,

regards

Ramesh Vemuganti
