| We are currently seeking a strong PeopleSoft DBA for a position in New York City. This is a long term position in Manhattan. Candidates must have strong experience with the following: INTERVIEW: IN-PERSON OR SKYPE. Duties: | - Provide technical support for Managed PeopleSoft Hosting services provided by ICC, including system administration of PeopleSoft technology components such as WebLogic, PeopleSoft PIA, Tuxedo, Process Schedulers and Oracle databases.
- Implement new PeopleSoft environments as required.
- Conduct database and environment refreshes.
- Perform PeopleTools and database upgrades; assist with application upgrades.
| Required Skills: - Excellent knowledge in the installation and administration of PeopleSoft in production environments.
- Excellent experience in PeopleSoft technical architecture administrator support.
- Excellent experience in creation of new instances, migration of code, patching and environment refreshes.
- Experience in support of backup, monitoring, disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with IT project and service management standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as PRINCE2, ITIL.
- Ability to work productively under pressure, even when clear direction and/or information in not always available.
- Experience with WebLogic, PeopleSoft PIA, Tuxedo and Process Schedulers
