Thanks Professor Goelji for sharing the article. The article
presents the main tasks of universities like collection, sharing and
transformation of knowledge associated with practice not only for
the present but also for future. Universities as termed in Vedas are
"Gatuvit", path finders.

It is wonderful to note the two authors never met each other, no
communication between them, located in different countries express
similar views on the issue in question.
