I agree with the views of Dr.Appalayya Meesala.

There is nothing new, innovative in the UGC proposal. These things
are known since many decades, similar recommendations are being
repeated cyclically!

This is not going to help boosting up (real) research work (fruitful
to community) in India.

Is the above statement the definition of research? If this is the

carried out in universities, the University Grants Commission (UGC)
