Years Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in gathering and analyzing systems or processes from multiple organizations with different business lines and on various database and operating system platforms
- MUST have at least 3 years and proof of working on a $20M project-we need direct references
- Experience with interfaces and system integration
- Experience in analyzing and identifying the functionality of a 3rd Generation Legacy system or process.
- Experience with system testing processes
- Experience in analysis of existing and "to-be business and functional processes, i.e.: process flows, swim lanes, SRDs, Data Exchange Diagrams
- Experience in large scale ERP projects using SDLC processes
- Experience in working with the "end-user" customer
Desirable:
- Collaboration with multiple project entities (i.e.: divisions, departments, System Integrator, etc.)
- Experience in making recommendations for business process improvement
Knowledge of PeopleSoft
