Job Description

Lead Java Developer
- 10+ years of Java development experience and significant experience in a lead role.

-Experience with a websphere Migration

- Should be comfortable with the design and coding of large scale web based C++ and JAVA coded applications and the integration of these applications with the IBM Tivoli Access Manager, ISAM, LDAP, Websphere and MQSeries.
- Possess the ability to share technical knowledge with the current team of Technical Leads.
- Has solid consulting experience and experience as a lead working with business leaders.
-Excellent communication skills
