Must have – MANAGEMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN IT FOR ACCOUNTING/FINANCE PROJECTS

MUST HAVE ERP SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE, THEY ARE USING A PROPRIETARY SYSTEM, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING AN ERP SYSTEM. ANY ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL ERP SYSTEM WILL BE FINE AS LONG AS THERE WAS AN IMPLEMENTATION AND GL FOCUSED.

We are currently searching for a Manager, Finance Systems. The idea is to hire someone as a Contract and then convert them to a full time employee, if they are a strong performer and there is mutual interest.

This person will interface with IT and Finance on all IT projects. We have a new GL system and this person will assist with adding on additional modules to the system – for example, the AP and AR functions. This is a project management role. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background with accounting/finance knowledge. They may have even been an Accountant earlier in their career and then transitioned into a role supporting IT tools for Finance/Accounting. They must have systems implementation experience and prior ERP experience.
