Job Description :
• Ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of IT projects within the Program of enterprise level application projects
• Management of small and medium sized projects consisting of matrix resources that are also shared across multiple silos
• Management of projects ranging from minor enhancements to projects with budget up to $ 3 million
• Written and verbal status updates to business and IT stakeholders including executive management
• Close collaboration with business and IT resources
• Adherence to a project management framework
• Project related reporting on scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by management
Qualifications:
• Require a bachelor's degree and minimum 7+ years experience managing projects in the financial services, IT Operations or professional services industry
• PMP Certification preferred
• Experience working with delivery of projects within a defined SDLC
• Hands-on experience with an Enterprise PPM tool (Clarity) and Microsoft Project
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentations)
• Comfort and experience making critical decisions with incomplete information
• Provide clarity to ambiguous requirements and situations
• Experience and comfort working in a fast paced and high stress environment
• Experience managing release and implementation of major changes into an integrated environment

Looking for Senior Project Manager with strong Infrastructure experience within a large enterprise environment. Project Manager will be reporting into the other Program Managers under this Sr. Director's portfolio (undecided at this time). There is a total of 17 major projects on the books and once again communication is going to be KEY. The types of projects these PMs will be working on are:
· IVR
· Care
· Dot Com
· Order enhancement
This Senior PM will most likely report into another PM for the first 6 months until they are integrated and ramped into the PMO

Job Description :
Provide lead support of a team for the development of a SharePoint 2013 enterprise design including the infrastructure design, software configuration, migration path and ongoing technical support requirements. This includes documentation of all configurations for future support purposes. Leads the team in support of the customer. This includes deploying solutions throughout the enterprise. Troubleshooting of SharePoint\MOSS problems and responding to user community questions will also be required. To develop content management and search capabilities within the environment. To provide support to SQL Server team. These tasks will include providing consultation, installation and configuration of an SQL Server infrastructure to support the SharePoint environment configuration as it evolves in the current project.
• Evaluate the enhanced features provided by the current version of SharePoint used by the Agency and its future iterations.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions and designs to provide backup and recovery of SharePoint data.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions and designs for disaster recovery including local fault tolerance and stand-by facilities located in remote facilities.
• Provide third-level technical support for SharePoint Services as they relate to SSA infrastructure.
• Evaluate and initiate SharePoint solutions to the existing SSA infrastructure.
• Configure, implement and support hardware relating to virtualization, including networking and SAN devices.
• Develop a supportable design for an enterprise deployment of SharePoint.
Skills Requirements:
• Experience with Windows Server 2008, IIS or Kerberos
• Experience with Administration of SharePoint Server 2013 and 2010
• Experience with developing, deploying, or supporting applications with Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint
• Experience with developing Search capability or algorithms within SharePoint
• SQL Server support and management as it pertains to the SharePoint enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with content management for a large organization within SharePoint
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint 2010 & 2013 out of the box features and capabilities, including list/library creation and customization, permissions management, and content management
• Knowledge of C/C#, Visual Studio, and PowerShell

Job Description :
Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Program Consultant to join our team in Baltimore, MD to guide the development for one of several application development efforts utilizing Agile methodologies, practices, and processes. The ideal candidate will serve as Scrum Master for one of several project teams consisting of 15-20 staff members with various disciplines including developers, manual and automated testers, enterprise architects, business analysts, product owner, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
* Coaching/mentoring of Agile methodologies, processes, and best practices as it is implemented and used during the application development life cycle
* Enforcing the rules of Scrum while removing team impediments
* Promoting collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional development teams
* Conducting Weekly reviews with the client
* Conducting release planning, sprint planning, product and sprint backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily standup meetings, user story development, estimation, and other related activities.
