Title: .Net SOA Architect
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: Long Term
· 3+ total years of professional SOA Architecture experience.
· 10+ total years of professional Experience.
· Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills
· Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Experience with SOA Architecture tools and frameworks
· Experience with mission critical, multi-tenant, multi-tier application architectures
· Experience with product evaluations and selection, buy-or-build
· Leadership skills to indirectly drive cross-functional teams towards common solutions
· The ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Required Skills:
· Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET
· Should be proficient in web-services.- ASMX , ASP Dotnet and WCF Web Services, ADO.NET.
· REST as well as SOAP web –services cognizance is must.
· Strong experience with SQL Server (2005/2008).
· Ability to analyze, design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
· Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
· Offshore Coordination experience will be good to have
· Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA).
· Strong experience with IIS server and web-service security/policies.WS-Addressing.
· Extensive knowledge in Dotnet Design patterns and MVC.
Experience with Provisioning at a Cable Provider, or other Telecommunications company will be given preference
