Role: WebSphere Application Server Systems Administrator. 

Location: JACKSONVILLE, Florida

Duration: 6 month

*Candidate will maintain,troubleshoot and implement web enviroments with multiple technologies. 

*Candidate will ensure reliability and high availability of enterprise web environments 

*Troubleshoot and methodically identify, research and resolve complex issues in the web environment 

*Determine migration and upgrade impacts, ensure optimized performance and effectiveness of the internet/intranet infrastructure 

*Translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide direction and recommendations related to implementation, write policies and procedures 

Job Requirements: 

* Position will provide support for production and non-production WebSphere Application Server enviroments, existing and new. 

*Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.x, 7.xand 8.x administration required. 

*Experience with IBM HTTP Server, Apache and IIS administration required. 

*Experience with JBoss and BRMS Drools administration required. 

*Experience with Oracle Access Manager preferred. 

*Experience with Unix and Windows operating systems 

*Knowledge of N-Tier architecture. 

*Knowledge of Capacity Planning, project management 

*Experience programming with perl, python, jacl, jython, or Korn shell scripts scripting tools 

*Knowledge of enterprise web applications, services, systems and supporting technologies including firewalls/routing/load balancing etc. 

*After hours and weekend support and on-call rotation will be required 

*Experienced in leading major, large-scale system or infrastructure implementations 

*Experience managing or developing Internet or intranet based applications 

*Experience implementing/deploying enterprise WAS applications 

*Experience with WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Process Server,WebLogic Server desirable.
