Job Title: Application Support Lead (CRM Support)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• Lead team in overseeing application onboarding efforts, incident resolution, and support of 3rd Party CRM applications

• Review and propose efficiencies for internal processes and procedures

• Team lead for server based applications supported (HOD, Euroclear, HATS, etc)

• Lead efforts to automate currently manual tasks across the team

• Own the enhancement and upkeep of the team's SharePoint site providing a consolidated location for internal data and activities and a centralized site presented to our clients
