Job Description: - PS HRMS
We are seeking a PSHM technical consultant specific to NA payroll. Consultants have to provide high quality product consultancy to client to help them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software. Accepted candidates will have the skills to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft investment.
Basic:
· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
Skills required:
· More than 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM (NA PAYROLL).
· Should have practical experience of at least 3-4 projects with couple of projects in lead Position.
· Familiarity with Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (People Code, Application Designer, Component Interface,SQR and Application Engine)
· Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures, configuration and setup designs, and business processes within the HCM (NA Payroll) and strong understanding of tables/record definitions and ability to write and understand SQL is required
· Knowledge of Core HR, Compensation, Performance Management, Position Management, Benefits are required.
· HR Business Process knowledge – ability to consult, design and architect the business requirement
· Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, Accounts Executives and Management
· Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
· Builds confidence and trust with clients
· Displays effective analytical skills
· Takes initiative and works independently
· Should possesses strong analytical, techno functional and communication skills
· Ability to estimate the change requirement in terms of effort required to complete the requirement.
