Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Duration : : 8 Months Contract

Start : ASAP

 

Job Requirement :

8 Experience in hardware and software asset and configuration management as well as knowledge of IT service management processes.
8 Experience with FrontRange HEAT, ServiceNow, BMC Atrium, and BMC Remedy ITSM or a similar industry solution.
8 Familiar with any of the following: discovery products including Microsoft SCCM, BMC Software Asset Management; reconciliation of discovery data in BMC CMDB environment; and integration of discovery solutions with CMDB or a similar industry solution..
8 Knowledge of MS SQL, query-writing, reporting tools (ie: Crystal Reports, BIRT, or a similar industry solution) relational databases.
8 Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. Candidates should have proven understanding of IT business needs and knowledge of IT industry standard best practices.
8 Experience creating data integration and workflow applications with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to migrate data from disparate data sources into an enterprise data warehouse.

8 The ideal candidate will hold ITIL Foundation v3.0 certification and have applied knowledge of real-world environments in both the Service Management focus area and have experience implementing a CMDB in a customer environment.
