Job Title : Senior PeopleSoft Functional Analyst and Developer
Location : New York, NY
Duration : 6+ month contract

Description

• Senior PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Analyst and PeopleSoft Developer on HCM, HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, Migration from v9.1 to V9.2

 

Essential Job Functions

• Expertise on PeopleSoft HCM modules and a good understanding of PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, and ePerformance.
• Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Excel to CI , data management tools, Bundles, Fixes & Patches experience
• Must have strong reporting tools experience: SQR, XML Publisher, Query/Crystal etc.
• Assists in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks.
• Designing, coding, testing, training, debugging, implementing, and documenting modifications, customizations, implementation, and upgrades
• Resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate prioritization, approval of changes, and follow change control protocols
• Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation

 

Basic Qualifications

• 8 or more years of PeopleSoft programming experience
• Should have worked on at least 2 full life cycle application upgrades.
• Good hands on expertise on Oracle 11g and above
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization and ability to work independently and as part of a team
