Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
• Application delivery program officer/client relationship officer and will have overall responsibility for the projects in the Treasury portfolio applications
• Candidate should have minimum 8 years' experience in IT development environment with 5 years as project manager
• Experience working in financial applications
• PMP certification is highly desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Experience recording, tracking and resolving issues
• Experience working with complex financial application implementation
• Ability to develop close relationship with peers, vendors and user community
• Experience in managing teams in on-site and off-shore locations
• Experience in managing teams from different vendors

Mandatory Skills:
Extensive knowledge in Java EE, Java SE 1.5/1.6, SPRING, SPRING MVC, EJB.
