Duration: 12+ months

Technology – Web Technologies, XML, UNIX scripting

web technology (HTML,CSS,AJAX,scripting), protocols (HTTP, SSL, XML), Basic Linux

Job Description:

Technical support experience, preferably in Enterprise software, or the travel industry

Domain expertise - Contact center, Services, Tech Trouble shooting etc

Ability to understand and communicate customer business priorities

Experience negotiating priorities with customers under direction of SME's

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail, and ability to follow processes

Excellent English oral and written communications skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders

Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities under guidance

Job Description: Good-to-have skills

Experience working with teams in different time zones a plus

Experience documenting support workflows and processes

Development experience a plus

Years of Experience Required - 3-5 yrs of experience providing technical support
