Job Title	Pega Disputes Business Architect
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	§  6 to 8+ years of software development experience; particularly within the financial services industry. §  4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC §  Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect
Technical/Functional Skills	Pega Disputes Business Architect
Experience Required	§  6 to 8+ years of software development experience; particularly within the financial services industry. §  4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC §  Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect §  Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology §  Experience in Pega Smart Disputes §  Experience in Pega 7.x §  Pega certifications, especially Certified Business Architect (CBA) §  Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing §  Delivery of large scale systems. §  Credit Card Disputes domain knowledge §  A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software §  Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners
Roles & Responsibilities	§  Fully understand business needs and requirements for Smart Disputes Application §  Lead the effort in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases §  Interface with business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering. §  Perform Business  architecture blueprint within Pega PRPC using the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology §  Enforce best practices in Pega Business architecture and functional requirements Anchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders
