there is no pact signed with cpdm. the simple truth is that the cpdm is all they have to survive. that is how the country is bled white.

The CPDM is what we call "musoo" in Kom. Once you are up there tossed here and there like a feather in the win, you never come back. It appears the pact these people sign with the CPDM is worse than that signed by Boko Haram militants.
