Dear Reddy Sir and members,

An interesting introspection. The concept of Yugas is widely accepted
by many non-religious institutions and culture including Hinduism. It
is a wider concept above the religious belief with some scientific
theories and evidences. It is believed that the Earth undergoes
tremendous transformation (mentioned as pralaya) once in 5000 years
consisting of four Yugas of 1250 years each.

Further, it is also believed that we presently live in a Yuga called
as the Sangama Yuga, which is the union (sangamam) of Kali Yuga and
the ensuing Sathya Yuga of the next transformation cycle. Moreover,
even though Sathya Yuga is regarded as the best one, we are fortunate
to live in this Sangama Yuga. It is said that during this period,
there would be emergence of many Gurus (believed to be representing
the Supreme Almighty) who lead us towards the path of eternal bliss by
getting rid of the evils.

Most of us lost track of our inner consciousness in the mad running
behind the materialistic world. The need of the hour is to lend our
ears to great Gurus in our inward journey for eradicating the evils
within us towards our motto 'Satyameva Jayate'.
