Role : Business Systems Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12+ months
Interview: Phone/Skype
Responsibilities would include:
• Work independently, but provide clear and regular status to team lead
• Facilitate requirements gathering with business process owners and requestors
• Document detailed design for technical development
• Create and execute system testing scripts, validation test scripts
• Assist with defining and executing user acceptance testing
• Drive to effective decision making, issue resolution, timelines and deliverables
Desired Experience
• Saba LMS Business Analyst experience
• Excellent business-oriented, self-motivated functional consultant needed for tier-3 level application support, and implementation of small system enhancements.
• This resource must have great communication skills and have strong Business Analysis skills.
• This resource must also have demonstrated in-depth functional expertise with the Saba 5.5 LMS functionality.
• Prior work experience at large, complex organizations a plus.
