REQUIREMENT PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED):
· An ideal candidate would be having a mixed of consulting and commercial background, with strong business sense and in-depth understanding of all business and technical processes
· Familiar with ERPs (ideally SAP) and the relevant tool/system implementation, direct experience in leading the ERP program implementation would be ideal
· Prior knowledge of procurement tool (such as SAP SRM, and its implementation are preferred)
· Have in-depth knowledge of a P2P process with some operational experiences in purchasing field including the involvement of strategic sourcing, vendor due diligence, purchase requisition and order, delivery management and payment is preferred
· A Six Sigma certification is a plus
· Bachelor degree, a MBA is preferred
· Fluent in English, proficiency at least in other languages is a plus
· Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional or business or consulting role, some people management experiences would be a plus
· Proactive, responsible, and results oriented
· Good communication skills, both in writing and oral. Prior experience in writing policies is a strong plus
