Business Analyst
Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
Requirements:
• Requirements gathering from the customers and other technicians. Requirements writing (functional a must, technical nice to have for both).
• Developing test plans and test scripts. (both)
• Leading the requirements and/or testing efforts (lead).
• Waterfall methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
• Familiarity with programming development structures/techniques
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Self-motivated team player with vision and initiative
