Below is the .Net, 6-12 mos contract at PE.
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our .Net Practice. The ideal candidate is well versed in the Microsoft development stack and has a passion for software craftsmanship..
Experience:
Passion for software engineering and clean code principles
3+ years of development experience using C#
Hands on experience with ASP.NET MVC and WCF
Experience with one or more Java script libraries such as jQuery, Backbone, Knockout or Angular
Required Skills:
Strong OO skills including knowledge of design patterns
Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
*SiteCore experience
Notes from the job qualification call with the hiring manager:
-c#, OO, SQL Server, MVC hands on experience
-developing on back end and doing a lot of integration
-immediate projects (humana) so healthcare exp might be helpful
-ASP.Net is a focus /WCF is a plus
-strong development primarily back-end development
-cms experience/exposure – as long as they know how to develop around it – doesn't have to be an expert and they will train
-C#, SQL Server
*cloud experience is a plus but not required
