Title: RPG/AS400 Developers

Location: Rochester NY or Addison TX or Cedar Rapids IA

Our Client is a Fortune 500 communications service provider that has grown through acquisitions over the past several years. They are in need of 5 RPG/AS400 Programmers to correct system issues, develop requests and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and estimating customer modifications to existing custom and Infinium software residing on the AS/400. In this role you will support Infinium Payables Ledger, system interfaces and monthly Vertex updates, and apply Infinium upgrades as required.

You will prepare required project documentation including Project Definition Documents and Technical Requirements as well as design, develop and unit test all code modifications. You must be able to adhere to pre-defined IS and Sarbanes-Oxley protocol and software development standards as well as manage concurrent projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8-10 years of experience in AS/400 and RPGLE programming
• Must have ERP and Infinium experience
• Experience with Infinium Payable Ledger
• Knowledge of Infinium Finance/Materials Management/HR/PY is a plus
• Experience with web applications and network is a plus
• Mus9t be familiar with Heat, Change Management and IS request systems
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Project.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and self-motivated
