Ksh, Perl, JACL, & Jython scripting knowledge Knowledge of various Web Servers(IHS, SunOne, Apache) Strong Server

and network trouble shooting skills Strong analytical skills Strong knowledge of AIX, RHEL and Windows with a

minimum 5 years of internet based experience "Activities include but are not limited to: Creating/Testing automated

installs and uninstalls of Middleware software installed in the Web Environment Support the Middleware Software

stack for the Web environment Provide 24/7 support for Middleware issues in theenvironment Problem

Determination and Root Cause Analysis for Middleware products Create and manage problem tickets with
