Job Description:

 Required:

Primary Skill Set: TSAPI, JTAPI, Avaya CM, Avaya AES, Avaya IC platform, Avaya CMS, and AVP Secondary Skill Set: Java, J2EE, WebService , Avaya DD, Nuance ASR and TTS.

 

Note:

Should at least have Avaya Dialog designer Experience and call center engineering.
