Able to articulate ideas clearly with very good communication skills
Able to simplify complex problems, process projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically. Able to identify causal relationships and construct frameworks, for problem solving and/or development
Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically and evaluate options in the short, medium and long term.
Good communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach
Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Description:
Commercial development experience in iOS
Good Understanding of Apple's signing, provisioning and submission process
Experience of source control systems such as SVN or Git or TFS
Need Shift experience
Experience with the latest iOS technologies including Blocks, GCD, Storyboards, Collection Views and Auto Layout
Must have experience interacting with back end web services within the constraints of a mobile environment to produce reliable and robust applications using the latest iOS technologies.
Web services integration (REST, JSON) in a mobile environment
Able to produce maintainable code within collaborative environments
Able to document work using Wikis etc.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
Experience implementing unit tests and continuous integration environments
Desired Skills:
Atleast 3 years' experience as an iOS developer
