Experience:
•             MUST: Digital test plan and execution experience
•             MUST: Have Test execution experience on medium to large project
•             MUST: ALM experience (Test execution, defect mgmt., metrics/reporting)
•             MUST: Defect resolution process experience (logging, following up with developers, retest)
•             MUST: SQL knowledge
•             MUST: Ability to work within a team
•             MUST: Ability to take direction from Test Lead, Project Manager and Peers

•             WANT: Agile
•             WANT: Oracle Apps knowledge
•             WANT: VB app knowledge
