· Driving technically project from onsite, coordinate with technical architects and security group within customer organization
· Own and drive design and development of new ODM setup, components design , integration implementation
· Develop quick POC on IBM ODM and interact with offshore & customer organization and explain the design.
· Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements.
· Help ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve discrepancies.
SKILLS
· 7+ years' hands-on experience in a large complex banking organization or major consulting organization focused on Java, ODM 7.5,8.5,JMS, JDBC, EJB 2.0,3.0 Java Mail, JNDI, JSTL, Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, etc.
· 2 project implementation experiences with IDM ODM is must.
· Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, UDB DB2
· Experience and competence with multiple software project methodologies including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of application software in the areas of Service Oriented Architecture, Distributed n-tier architecture, Client/Server architecture and Web-based environment using object oriented technologies
· Experience of integration of these techniques with end to end enterprise architecture.
· Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment
· Strongly detail oriented, organized, and analytical
· Expertise in business knowledge of Investment Banking or Wealth Management.
· Experience of working in real-life projects in Banking & Finance industry.
· Excellent communication skills

· Coordinate and own the ODM components delivered from offshore.
· Coordinate with support groups within customer organization and drive technically team at offshore.
· Design and Develop rule flows, rule tasks and determine the appropriate algorithms to be used for each task.
· Collaborated with business Analysts, Technical Architects and Project Managers to build solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
· Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements.
· Help ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve discrepancies.
· Involve in the setting up of the new environment by participating in the installation of the tool, configuring the database with the tool etc.
· Handle the multiple playbacks with the customer to explain the implemented functionalities
· Handle code deployment in to multiple environments (Dev, Test, Performance and Production).
