Il entre dans son avion, demande a son Secretaire Particulier en patois "Je vais epouser la femme qui portait la juppe rouge dans les rangs de Ministres. Elle est tres coquette et chouette". Qu'a cela ne tienne, l,avion quitte le tarmac, decolle pour plusieurs minutes et puis "Alerte et Panique Generalisee" tourne pour re-atterir sur le meme aeroport. Le Marechal Mobutu et son entourage est dans l'embarras total. Le service the Securite se met en branle. C'est la confusion totale.
Quelques minutes plutard, l'Empereur descend...tout Souriant. Incident Diplomatique? Non, Panne Aeronautique? "Non, Non, Non son Excellence President a Vie, le Marechal Mobutu. J'etais en Visite Officiele depuis trente minutes; maintenant je suis en visite Privee".

Needless to say that he got married to the lady who became the First Lady of Central African Republic barely a few days later. The lady simply said to her family "God no dey sleep. Bokassa had about 16 wives (all muyong branchee rhumtas) but La Zairoise de Kinshasa claimed she was the "Titulaire" and First Lady.
Do you guys now understand why the present woman President of "Centrafrique" is a Bamileke woman from Cameroon? Who says Africa has not had interesting moments with clowns like "Alhadji" Idi Amin Dada, Tombalbaye, Samuel Doe and some Yaya (an army captain I guess) fellow of Mali or Niger.

La visite de Hollande au Cameroun n'était ni une visite de travail, ni une visite officielle, ni une participation a un sommet. Le Cameroun l'a annoncée comme une visite d'État. Elle confère la présence du chef de l'État hôte a l'aéroport au pied de l'avion et même induit les tirs de 21 coups de canons et la revue des troupes.
