But of course this is the core issue; because the employee's feedback after performance reviews may be a mixed bag of following:

  • They’re not heard during their reviews.
  • They don’t ever see changes occur from feedback they give during reviews.
  • Their organizations don’t look for opportunities to provide career development.
  • Their organizations don’t ever address concerns they brought up during their reviews.

Performance reviews must change

  • Be simple
  • Accurately reflect performance
  • Inspire and motivate

We want to see our people successful, and that in turn creates successful organizations.
