Position: SQL Server with Netezza Exp.

Location: Milwaukee (WI)

Duration: 6-12 Months

 

Job Description: 

• Candidate should have strong analytical , problem  solving and conceptual skills for requirement analysis and providing design solutions using SQL .
• Responsible for design, development and tuning of mission-critical queries in Netezza.
• Extensive authoring and optimization of T-SQL

·         Should be strong in advance query writing skill including stored procedures, functions, creating jobs , alerts etc.

• Interface with engineers and business analysts to understand data needs
• Build data expertise and own data quality for allocated areas of ownership
• Should proactively give technical solution in SQL rather than wait for technical guidance.
• Establish and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work; write technical specification documentation

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
