Experience with any of the following products; Websphere Application Server, Websphere Message Queue Manager, Websphere Content Manager, Infosphere Information Server, Cognos BI or Websphere Operational Decision Manager (Formally ILOG)
Scripting languages (Bash, BAT, Perl...)
Strong verbal communication and experience in consulting with senior business SMEs to elicit requirements
Strong written, presentation and interpersonal skills
