Job Description
  • Provides 3rd level technical support to Field Services organization, selected vendors and help desk personnel who are deploying new or troubleshooting existing hardware and software. 
  • Fields incoming support requests via phone, email and instant message. 
  • Records detailed problem and resolution data for each support request. 
  • Works toward resolving issues on the first attempt and focuses around quality of service and resolution versus number of calls answered. 
  • Is customer service oriented and has phone support experience. 
  • Provides guidance and/or training to field technicians which may have little or no exposure to corporate systems.
