SAP Senior Functional Consultant for a specialized Pharmaceutical company located in Parsippany, NJ, USA. The candidate is expected to be a senior member of a functional team for a SAP project in USA
The candidate should possess broad functional knowledge in his/her domain and in-depth technical knowledge in the relevant SAP module. The candidate should have proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP landscapes.
Role and Responsibilities
§ SAP HCM consultant, strong hands-on SAP experience in PA, OMand integrationbetween PA and OM. (THIS IS A MUST REQUIREMENT)
§ Knowledge of ADP interface
§ Work with logical database reports and interfaces
§ Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.
§ Responsible for proposing and implementing solutionsfor SAP HCM requirements.
§ Responsible for proactively working with business users and other stakeholders in IT forrequirement gathering, solution design and implementation.
Required Skills and experience
§ 7-10 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations / 2 Support projects in the area of Payroll.
§ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in Payroll
§ In depth understanding PA, OM Configurations and integration.
§ Hands on experience in writing functional specifications, solution design and implementation.
§ Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and writefunctional specifications.
§ Exposure is essential to highly customized SAP environments and working on interfaces.
§ Very good understanding of integration of SAP modules in End to end business processes
§ Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.
§ Ability to work in large teams.

§ Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
