Job Title: 2 PeopleSoft Business Analysts

Deadline: ASAP

 

Job Description:

• Elicit and document new processes or, undocumented processes
• Review, analyze for consistency of use and, reengineer existing process documents
• Analyze, document and fully implement the PeopleSoft 9.2 best-practice business processes
• Assist to establish roles, responsibilities and delegation guidelines
• Design training materials to support the onboarding of new staff.
• Assure that the processes developed are in line with the Procurement policies

Skill Set Requirements:

• 
  
• Business Analysts with 3 plus years of business process related experience
• A deep hands on understanding and experience with PeopleSoft (9.0 or higher)
• ERP (Required) system experience.
• Proven ability to work with a team to execute successful conclusions through problem solving, with a clear line of sight to implementation activities.
• Ability to deliver impact through effective listening and strong personal interactive skills that will foster productive teamwork, develop and grow Procurement team members throughout the course of the engagement.
• Ability to take direction from the Business Process Project Manager and be collaborative
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences to present status of progress
• Have expertise in the use of Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio tools
