Re: [MTC Global] Literature Review- essential foundation

In addition, a column on "Gap in Research ,observed"  can be added so that cumulation of all the gaps in the relevant literature , surveyed can help in formulating the scope
of proposed research.

Dear Dr. Appalayya and Dr. Anand,

Thank you very much for giving a good orientation and direction for literature review. I would suggest to add two more columns for the table of year-wise systematic-cum- thematic review of literature; (a) one is research issues emerging in each publication, which ultimately all combined could lead us to narrow down research gaps,, (b) constructs and variables identified, that could be used in the proposed research model of the researcher!

In fact, the column containing, relevance of literature in your research would help to support the objectives and the hypotheses of the proposed research work.

kind regards,

Dr.P.S.Raychaudhuri

Dear Dr. Appalayya,

Find about "How to conduct Literature Review" which is the part of book titled "Research Insights & Dynamics: A Quick Glance"   published in Germany  with Scholars Press bearing ISBN No. .978-3-639-76766-7 in chapter 2. The book is developed for the research scholars especially to provide them clear insights.

Year-wise systematic review of the literature by mentioning the relevance:

Year of the Published Literature

[In Descending order]

Name of the Author (s) involved, Reference number of the Bibliography section

Relevance of the Literature in your Research

Brief Review of Literature by mentioning the findings & conclusion as well as future scope

The key to world-class research is your ability to review the literature. Master this process. It is not just a formality. It is the most tedious, and yet the most critical part of research.

Emerald journals gave a detailed and useful description of the literature review process. Please read the enclosures.
