Most important reason as I look at this gap in performance of our people abroad and back home is the crisis of survival. Crisis of survival brings best out of a person and when one goes abroad , he is faced with this vary crisis. As far as education system is concerned, they are as much dissatisfied with their system as we are dissatisfied with our system.
