I was completely devastated when I received a phone call from Yaoundé informing me that my very good friend "Perri Frere" Eric Mokom (of Boston, MA) died yesterday in Yaoundé. The circumstances surrounding the untimely death of this young entrepreneurial energetic go-getter are still murky and confusing. More details later.
