Technical/Functional Skills
• Overall 6+ years with 4+ years related work experience in Microsoft SharePoint platform.
• Administrative experience with SharePoint 2013 platform.
• Hands-on experience with FARM deployment, maintenance, IIS Server and Log analysis
Experience Required
• Overall 6+ years with 4+ years related work experience in Microsoft SharePoint platform.
• Has excellent knowledge on SharePoint architecture, WSP deployment, FARM set-up and backup-restore process
• Is self-motivated, a quick learner, and self-directed
• A creative thinker who analyzes, reviews and also propose recommendation on efficient and creative solutions to business problems and
• Is not afraid to ask the tough questions that lead to optimal solutions in support of our customers' needs
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; can confidently communicate and share experience and knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Monitor SharePoint 2013 FARM and perform preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot FARM performance issues with development team
• Provide necessary FARM Admin support during US hours and off-hours during Sev-1/Sev-2 period
• Perform necessary WSP/PS deployment activities and make necessary FARM backups including site/list.
• Provision users in Site and knowledge on SSO (claim based authentication)
• Knowledge in Nintex workflow
• This position requires interaction with all levels of IT management on customer side
