 It was a leap year. The dates are 28-29 Feb and 1-2-3 March.

Very interesting puzzle.

Those 5 continuously spent days are

Leaf year- February Month   28^th, 29^th and March  Month 1, 2, 3

If add total spent i.e 28+ 29+1+2+3 i.e 63 Rupees
