Shouldn't load be calculated based on number of subjects and no of sections being taken by a faculty.
What happens when sections are single and for load to be given 18 , 12 and whatever
Additional subjects are give.
Is giving 4 subjects to a faculty justified..where he or she..takes 4 out of seven lectures being held in the time table.
