Col 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Christ appears in your life right here, right now: one nanosecond after you believe and confess that Jesus is Lord.

When Southern Cameroonians will get their heads from the sand they have buried and gather some courage to show some degree of honesty, they will accept the fact that Ahidjo did not destroy Southern Cameroons,  but their cultures and cultural relations did. The way southern Cameroonians from the two main regions perceive their cultures and cultural relationships, translated into political resentments,  that made it impossible for the two people to collaborate effectively in the political field. This was obvious and Ahidjo and the French saw this as a golden opportunity and seized it to the fullest beginning from 1962 to 1972. Biya saw this same opportunity and has used it to his advantage for more than 30 years, starting from the change of name in 1985.

We can all keep dancing around this and stay on the Internet with empty and Self-serving open letters and petitions for some United Nations SG to come and give you a transitional government,  you can pontificate all you want that a so-called SCAPO won cases in heaven declaring the independence of southern cameroons.  All that is dishonest and feel good actions to deceive ourselves and those who care to watch or listen to us that we are actually doing something to liberate southern cameroons. Until you become honest about why we are where we are and accept what is keeping us where we do not want to be, we are all being hypocritical.

In Cameroon Anglophone Movement (CAM) we completely embraced this reality. That is why we organized the AAC.  But as soon as the train of the Southern Cameroons train was rolling, it became the hiding place for disgruntled SDF adventurers and we start hearing such nonsense as SCAPO,  Banjul, scly and all that nonsense.  You want Southern Cameroons?  Work on bring the Southwest and Northwest together, to effectively agree to work together and collaborate politically.
