Distance Education opens opportunities for the less privileged. I recall that earlier we had correspondence courses in RMP, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Law, etc. The out-turn of these courses were adding value to the society as many of the trivial issues that constitute almost 80% were resolved at a very cheap cost.we need

However, we need to be careful for maintaining quality of such and similar courses. This is a great challenge

The move is nice and welcome but certain courses such as MBBS etc. that require accurate practical teaching and high level of hand on experience before being put to professional practice, must be reserved as regular disciplines only.

Otherwise....as a boost to distance education we would have had to offer our limbs for experimentation...and volunteer to be lab rats....

By the way I did find alternate medicine..as being offered by distance education...I wonder if it is ayurved or homeopath....

I wonder how does one recognize one herb from another..without proper guidance..?

Never mind...... problem can be solved....we are there to be guinea pigs..to be tried and tested upon.
