Position Title: Senior Teradata Admin
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Senior Teradata Database Admin
Provide Senior Teradata Database Administrator with advanced skills in the related technologies, systems and services in the Teradata Enterprise and Appliance Class Systems.
Application / Modules:
• Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
• Victoria Secret Data Warehouse (VSD)
• Customer Marketing (CMK)
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Teradata DBA and BI teams to support the current Teradata systems.
• Support/Maintain multiple Teradata 14.10database environments.
• Support the infrastructure for both Teradata Enterprise and Appliance class systems.
• Support the Teradata Data Domain Backup Appliance.
• Support the development and implementation of Teradata Unity Project.
Skill Level
• Physical database design
• Database application design and development
• Teradata system performance tuning and administration
• Teradata query performance tuning
• Teradata Load Utilities, Teradata Active System Management (TASM), Teradata Unity, Teradata Data Mover, Data Domain
