| | | | Hi, Hope you are doing well. Role - .Net Developer Duration - 3-6+months Location- Dallas, TX Interview Mode: Phone then Face 2 Face Need GC or USC Job Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Learn and understand the business and the functionality of its websites.
- Develop and maintain fixtures(code) using C# .Net, ASP.net, Web services and SQL Server 2005/2008.
- Write, maintain and execute automated test scripts using automation tools.
- Work with manual testers to automate portions of projects to decrease time to market.
- Developing test strategies for analyzing and improving test coverage.
- Implementing and expanding automation test coverage.
- Developing and maintaining automation infrastructure and environment.
- Find, report and follow up on defects found using automation using our defect tracking tool.
Experience: - Minimum 4 years' Experience working in C# .net, ASP.Net, WCF, WPF, Entity Framework and MVC.
- Strong background in Object Oriented programming (OOAD, .net, C++ and UML concepts).
- Bachelor degree in computer science or similar field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with automated testing tools and open source tools (Cucumber, Selenium, WATiN, are a plus).
- A solid understanding of all aspects of the SDLC.
Skills and Abilities: - Ability to organize test design approaches around maximum impact for time allotted.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- A skilled problem-solver and an efficient team player.
- Functional understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, XML, XSL, etc.)
- Ability to create and execute parameterized stored procedures and complex SQL queries.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to start, develop, and complete short and long term projects.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in the implementation of project specifications and design requirements.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and cutting edge software development environment.
