Web Application -  AEM Senior Developer

Technical/Functional Skills

• B.S degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science or related field
• Experienced with building & designing E-Commerce web application
s​​​ preferably on Adobe Experience Manager or some well known CMS.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure

Experience Required

• 3+ years of eexperience onbuilding & designing E-Commerce web applications​​​ preferably on Adobe Experience Manager or some well known CMS.
• 2+ years of experience with developing/designing Java/J2EE based Web Applications on commonly knows frameworks like MVC/Struts etc.
• 3+ years of experience on working with any of the CMS systems (including product customization and configuration) preferably AEM.

• Experienced in working and designing REST Webservices and API/Webservices based framework in general.
Knowledge on Server side Javascripts like NODE.JS
Knowledge on HTML5, Javascript, JQUERY
• Excellent in customer management skills with at least 3+ years of direct Customer facing/interaction based assignments.
• Development of training material and delivery
• Experience in a large and complex enterprise environment
• Experience with data conversations from multiple applications
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle including change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Working well in a collaborative, team environment as well as independently
• Strong problem solving and team player skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with the BSA to define and document Developer/Technical Requirements
• Lead offshore Development Team.
• Analyzes the feasibility of the new system and ensures the system design fits with need of Business.
• Defines level of user system authorization and access for new system/application
• Identifies opportunities for improving business processes
• Plans, organizes and conducts Technical processes reengineering/improvement

Generic Managerial Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to liaise with multi-vendor , multi geography groups to align all to meet Project goals
• Ability to coordinate with large Project teams onsite and offshore.
• Ability to clearly articulate project updates, technical inputs/concerns.
• Coordinate with leads and cross vendor teams in case of dependencies, issues in order to resolve any impasse.
