Job Description

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure 
• At least 4-5 years of experience in  production support at  L2, L3
• Experience with CFG ECF Life Cycle would be ideal
• Technical knowledge, specifically related to Network Infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project
