A strong support personal who has a good knowledge on supporting Grid based application with good Unix, Shell Scripting, Strong database SQL SERVER with good Database Admin skills this is to support an application called Polypaths main responsibilities include following at a high level..

PolyPaths Support criteria
CR communication Pac2000 support/coordination
Change Management
HW Management
Upgrades C++/JAVA, application, etc.
Manage transition within PolyPaths (i.e. life cycle for audit, etc.)
Configuration changes

Resource Needs
Diagnose HW issues, downtimes, support calls
Operational support

Alerts/Operational Monitors
Need to re-engage alerts
Disabled, due to the 100% CPU utilization alerts
