[MTC Global] Amazon.com Can Ethics be enforced ?

Sir Prof Krishna K Havaldar your are right. Top authorities must be strict. Let me quote the following example of amazon.com

In a context the CEO of Amazon .Com warned his employees
The company should say if I see you doing this, you are out." Jeff Bezos of Amazon had once gave a clear warning to his employees. "He said, 'if I catch you doing illegal things, not only you will be fired, we will deliver the documentation and information to the police and will make sure you will go to the worst prison possible'. He is making it very clear to people where he stands," says Paul Healy , James R Williston Professor and Associate Dean of Research at HBS.

Dear All,

In my opinion, ethics can be enforced if the top management of an
organization is willing and serious about ethical behavior of all its
employees. They should set an example of ethical behavior and evolve a
code of conduct which should be enforced. It is the responsibility of
the top management to ensure that ethical standards are followed since
unethical practices are like cancer that would ultimately finish the
organization.
